"My patient with abdominal pain that moved to the right lower quadrant vomiting fever and poor appetite had pretty classic acute appendicitis. It wasnt ruptured so we followed a standard protocol of starting antibiotics and doing an urgent (not emergent since he was stabme) surgery in the morning.
