"A bald eagle was rescued from Pier Park in North Portland late last fall. She was brought to Dove Lewis and then the Bird Alliance of Oregons Wildlife Care Center for immediate care. It is believed the bird got into an altercation over territory with another bald eagle resulting in injury.
