"A judge in Orem Utah today designated Charlie Kirk's widow Erika Kirk as the slain conservative activist's official victim representative in the court proceedings against his alleged murderer. Judge Tony Graf ordered the designation at the request of prosecutors. Tyler Robinson's lawyers did not oppose. In making the request Christopher Ballard of the Utah County Attorney's Office noted that the judge earlier referred to Kirk as an "alleged victim."
