I covered this a few years ago but it's a good time to go back into a deep dive. This made it a medical alert but when the patient arrived they were at best lethargic. But Atrial Fibrillation is classified differently when discussing dysrhythmias in practical terms. The most common SVT is AVNRT which is commonly associated with WPW (Wolf-Parkinson White Syndrome). It makes up 60% of SVTs. Interestingly enough despite the fact that it is commonly taught not to give Adenosine with anyone with WPW it's actually very safe in AVNRT when AFib is not present and you have almost certainly given it to"

You require a certain balance of acids VS bases for life. But exceeding those thresholds leads to the other thing.
