Yes those are the technical terms 😂 Heres a slightly more in depth outline: Warm-up X - Power/speed (aka fast stuff) - Jumps sprints med ball throws oly lifts X - Strength (aka heavy stuff) - Main strength lifts eg deadlifts bench press X - Accessories (aka stuff that burns) - Exercises that compliment the main lifts and or target common injury sites. X - Conditioning - Included as/if required. Everyones favourite 😜 Its not complicated but it works"
