"Oak & Eden Wheat & Spire MashBill 51% Corn 45% Wheat 4% Malted Barley French Oak spire in the bottle for additional finish. The first time I opened this bottle I wasn't a fan. Today this was a much better pour. The front of the palate is good with soft wheat notes but then it changes to show the effect of the spire in the bottle. The cinnamon and vanilla really punch thier way to the top. When I first tried this the finish was too strong for me but now it's just right.
