"2 weeks post injury been working a lot with a polish teammate wojciech who happens to be a Physio and I have to say I went come a complete and a partial tear of my PCL and MCL being in a full brace and crutches to having pretty decent mobility and stability in [--] weeks. Going to be a bit longer before I can be back to regular training but man this is a MASSIVE improvement. Very grateful to have made such an awesome friend and teammate.
