"Brand new Edge tremolo bar won't fit Recently I bought a brand-new Ibanez JS240PS and got it set up by my trusted Luthier. He fixed some minor things (mainly fretwork) but said I got a really nice guitar. The build is consistent and everything is in order. It plays like my other two Prestige guitars. My problem is inserting the tremolo arm into the Edge bridge; the bar won't fit past the first Teflon ring. I've changed the rings and they won't fit either. Changed one for the other and it doesn't work. When I remove the problematic ring the bar goes in effortlessly but moves within the axis"

"Toshiba external drive connector broke. Opened the case but internal HDD is not a standard SATA drive. I might have a serious issue with one of my external hard drives. It's a Toshiba 4TB and suddenly stopped connecting to my computer. Had a proper look at the connector with a magnifying glass and the pins are all bent out of shape.
