"CAUTION: Sodium Thiosulfate Water Conditioner with Ich X On the website of Ich X it cautions against using "sulfur or sulfinite-based water conditioners." According to ChatGPT sodium thiosulfate a common ingredient in aquarium water conditioners is sulfur-based. Its chemical formula is NaSO which supports this. This means that my Top Fin Water Conditioner containing sodium thiosulfate would be potentially hazardous if it were to react with the chemicals in Ich X according to the Hikari website.
