"Advancement I've been with the company for [--] yrs. Started off as PT promoted to keyholder after a little over [--] yrd promoted to ASM. I am wanting to move up. Possibly sign a sales rep job within our district. Or SM if one should come open. Here is the kicker. I have never flown before let alone traveled on my own. I was lucky enough that my ASM training was during covid and it was virtually. Do they guide you where you need to go or do you have to wing it. I'm extremely a homebody so traveling scares me 🤦♀ I also am aware to move up I have to do it. Any advice is extremely helpful."

"Deligate responsiblies I am struggling in my store as the ASM with lack there of PT doing anything but playing video games doing whatever ot is they do on their damn phones these days that things aren't getting done in the store. How do you all deligate responsibilities to your staff on a day to day/week to week basis for example stocking shelves cleaning the bathroom etc. If it gets done it's me that does so and quit frankly I'm tired of doing it all on my own .
