"10 days Hope you all doing ok. Been here for a while now. On and off for about 3-4 years. I hit [--] days today. I dont want to ever be in a place i was [--] days ago. We went camping with friends for two day. That was two day full of alcohol for me. Woke up on third day puking out my guts at the lake. Asked a friend to drive home because i was to hangover and anxious. Came home. We went to a family picknick. A was so fucked up that i needed a drink to calm myself and my hangover. Well it worked until i woke up at 2am. Sweating shaking vomiting. Anxious as fuck. And i said to myself fuck this"
