"Experience with lozenges/troches Late 30s perimenopause. Brain fog no libido dryness etc. I have actually had declining Testosterone levels but no doctor takes this seriously. I finally found a doctor who is willing to give me a prescription but only in oral lozenge (troche) form. "Options for Adenomyosis + Perimenopause + PMDD I have been dealing with adenomyosis + perimenopause + PMDD for over two years (I guess the line is blurry at times). I have had multiple ultrasounds and MRIs which were of limited use. I finally had an endometrial biopsy to rule out any cancer before starting any hormone treatment. A benign micro-polyp was found but otherwise nothing abnormal. My husband says I am a different person around my period. I seem to get annoyed at every little thing around me and lash out a lot. My husband is says he understands but I can tell he has become somewhat"
