"Every time I shock my pool it turns cloudy PH TA are all in line with what they should be. Its a bromine pool. I added some chlorine shock because there was some visible algae growth then brushed the pool. Algae is gone but water is now slightly cloudy. Ive left my filter running for [--] straight hours and its clearing up a bit but not as fast as Id like. I dont want to buy clarifier and use it every week if I can avoid it. Should I not be using chlorine shock It was recommended to me by the pool store. Would algaecide be a better product to use instead of shock pools pools"

"Cannot enable PoE on US [--] 60W switch Basically the title. I've tried enabling PoE on a port and nothing happens on the switch level. It shows that it's enabled on the web interface and on the app but the LED on the switch does not come on and my access point does not turn on. I've tried two different ports on the switch same issue. I've tried multiple different cables. I've made sure the access point works by turning it on with a PoE injector. My next thought is to factory reset the switch and set it up like brand new again and see if that helps but figured i'd post here in case someone else"

"Colour not correct for whole strip Basically title. I have a strip of [---] WS8212 LEDs driven by a ESP8266 controller. The first third or so of the strip is the right colour but afterwards it starts to drift. Theyre the right colour for just red green and blue but it seems like mixing the colours causes the issue. It was worse when I had the LEDs connected directly to the data line. I added a [--] ohm resistor which helped then a [---] ohm resistor which again seemed to give me more LEDs at the right colour. Would a level shifter help here Should I go with a bigger resistor Not sure what next."

"Touch screen mouse wont go away Hoping someone has dealt with this. I have a Pi4 with a touch screen that Ive been using as a home assistant dashboard. When I first configured it it worked more like a tablet than a desktop i.e. I could scroll by dragging my finger and there was no mouse pointer. Then it asked me to do an update to the system that configures how the windows are drawn I guess I dont remember if this was a Wayland update or something similar. Reading through the manual for the one Im looking for it states that the pump must be running before the heater turns on. "Pool Green not improving Im pulling my hair out here. I just installed a brand new pump and filter for my inground pool. The pool is a bromine pool. Since it was down for several weeks it turned very green. I got everything running again on Saturday morning. I got my pH and Alkalinity balanced then added liquid chlorine. Its been three days of [--] hour running and nothing is happening. My bromine level still reads off the chart. My filter pressure is not increasing. My pool is still as green as it was when I started. I dont know how to begin troubleshooting this. Any advice is greatly"
