"Injury update 1: week [--] of my rib recovery in the books Lots of storms this week up in the mountains where I live. Got a little storm in my life right now too. But just as the storms do everything will pass. This injury wont stop me It hasnt gotten much better yet. It doesnt hurt to take a 💩 anymore this week thankfullystill have to wipe with my other hand 😂. And its slightly less painful to walk around and do stuff around the house. Lots of ice baths sauna CBD PT and rest to help calm down the inflammation. Im hoping we start to get some pain relief this week. This come back is gonna be"
