The second I filed for FMLA the support disappeared. HR suddenly needed more forms more details more hoops. I submitted everything. They moved the goalposts. "When "coachable" just means easy to control. I used to think being coachable was a good thing. I thought it meant I was adaptable easy to work with someone who played well on a team.
