"Cold brew. Venus bialetti Hello. Bought the [--] cup bialetti Venus. Two things that I don't get. [--]. Doesn't make a brew larger than 300ml [--]. The brews always luke warm I've tried boiled water I've tried cold water I've tried more water I've tried high heat low heat and everything in between and I've always got a Luke warm brew. Should the Venus brew more than 300ml. I've got a [--] cup cafeteria and that brews two large cups of coffee. There is no way I'm getting more water in the boiler at all. First few cups in my french press was lovely. Can taste fruity notes and all over decent coffee. But the last few around [--] cups have a thin mouth feel and taste what I can only describe as stewed coffee. It's not horrible as in spit out not nice. It's just not a good cup off coffee.
