"Using CPAP headgear with thick hair I cross-posted in a hair-related subreddit because I have no idea whos had this experience. I use a CPAP but have thick hair (its a synthetic weave) currently. I put a satin bonnet on to protect my hair but the headgear keeps coming off because the bonnet is so slippery. Even when Ive worn thick braids headgear is hard to get on and adjust.
