"Back home after a long expedition to New Britain Island Papua New Guinea documenting the work of WWF. This was my second time in Pomio a fascinating sometimes wild challenging and honestly awe-inspiring place. Its impossible to put into words what Ive experienced here: the beautiful moments the hardships the solutions and the constant adapting on the fly. Literally a thousand bites a crashed drone a suitcase that disappeared and reappeared a broken laptop a 19-hour ferry ride and time spent in remote villages. Maybe one day Ill write a book with stories from some of my favourite expeditions"

"A few months ago I was on assignment in Samoa for @birdlife.international to photograph one of the rarest birds in the Pacific: the Manumea (Tooth-billed Pigeon). Its Samoas national bird and Critically Endangered - extremely elusive and rarely seen. I joined an expedition team in the pristine rainforest of eastern Upolu trekking along the ridges and through dense forest listening for calls and hoping for sightings.
