"Industrial designer Nicholas Baker discusses the design of his Haybale collection for Moooi: Baker says people initially thought he would need to be a Tetris man to sit in the chair as no one thought it would be comfortable. He believes many people can relate to the hay bale motif recalling experiences like attending a fall festival going through a corn maze and riding on the back of a tractor. He felt it was a common motif to pull from and that others would recognize.
