Yes there is a difference and there isnt a difference get over it ok The videos were from when I was the same age as Kegstand and Kashyap Patel. Full range of motion bitches If there is a secret way to improve chinups/pullups then its know all the variations and do all of them that you can. "A Simple Front Squat Teaching Progression Step 1: Verify the trainee can perform an acceptable air squat and is ready to scale up with load. Step 2: Set the bar in a squat rack to armpit height or lower. Step 3: Pick up the bar with the shoulders. Back out of the rack with a narrow stance then widen the feet into a squat stance and perform several Zombie Squats. Keep the shoulders pushed forward and the arms high. To return the bar to the rack narrow the stance cross the arms to stabilize the bar and return the bar to the rack checking both left and right to ensure the bar does not miss the"
