"I get it today Bitcoin is volatile so no one will compare it to Tbills. What most miss is the devaluation of USDs that is increasing at an alarming rate. You collateralize in a currency that is being printed and that story is predetermined to increase ie reduce the value of the collateral with certainty. In time as Bitcoin adoption increases so will vol. The protocol is scarce and cannot be printed away.
