"Finishing the transition from RingCentral to @gowithquo (ex-OpenPhone) for my appliance repair company. The last steps are CSR onboarding in the new system and transferring our phone numbers. I fell in love with the new platform but at some point realized they were missing one feature thats core for us and worked perfectly in RingCentral. We need the ability to launch an external URL on incoming calls. We used it to automatically open our internal CRM lead profile for each call. If the lead wasnt in the database that action would create a new one letting the CSR send a text add notes etc. all"
