"$IWM leading So we've discussed already how $IWM and $ETH are an identical chart for years. So if one is leading that would mean the other should follow after. In two cases since April bottom $IWM lead while $ETH consolidated. Both of those cases were prior to ETH's two impulses. We have another divergence here.
