FYI if you miss a flight from Dublin back to the US at NO fault of your own from connecting delay and you subsequently have to pay 18k to get to US on another airline only credit AA will give is if you want to re-book another flight in the future from DUB to the US at a later time.completely worthless if you dont pay to go to Ireland again. Screwed out of $7877 by American Airlines. Heartbroken and hard working first responder here who saved for YEARS to take this trip only to be out almost 8k 💔please do better @americanaity"
