"Imagine if AI5 takes longer to ready / is delayed and Tesla has to sell AI4 + steering wheel based cybercab (consumer version). It'll still be fine for FSD supervised (like Model Y HW4) provided it gets retrofit capacity built-in. Imo that'll still be popular and help to get the tooling price down"

"Looking at Fi data it seems that most qualifying cars ( S3XY AI4) still on the 2025.32 software branch has FSD v14. Most have FSD v14.1.4 now with a few still on v14.1.3 and even less still on v13. I suspect most if not all of those remaining cars will get brought up to date soon"
