"Ok this had me curious so I dug into some numbers 1) Breathing: -Creates too much symmetry from inhaling and exhaling. -can offset some through slow large breath in and pursing lips to push out small jet stream but this is a small differential -that difference is offset by position on body -As a 3D object in 0g some directional motion is lost to torque and rotation -If you planked horizontally to offset that so head was at the bottom of the plane you were moving along then too much of the mass is in front of the object to generate momentum on slow air output. -To overcome initial movement"
