"my concern with the rate cuts is in the instance of rate cuts only after long terms of rate hikes (which we had due to COVID) rate cuts actually signal weakness in the markets (which let's be fair it's noticeable). Usually between the 2nd and 3rd rate cut we see significant downward pressure. It's happened only a few times in the past but it has so far had a XXX% hit rate. I'm being ultra careful here"
