"@stepnotonpets At least $SVII has an S-4 filed. $DMYY does not and it's been delisted for a month. With no SEC commentary during the shutdown if the shutdown is prolonged they may not be able to close. They have X months left and no ability to file or get commentary for the foreseeable future"
