"Just to rile @costanzakapital up here. $SMR.AX acquired a 100% interest in the BMC Assets for US$1.73bn They had Isaac plains pre this (lets call it US$0.3bn) They acquired Eagle Downs (say US$0.3bn) Isaac South (US$0.2bn) and expanded South Walker Creek (US$0.1bn). extracted a lot of cash from Ops paid down debt built working capital paid out dividends. Total of the above is probably US$2.6bn. EV today US$1.8bn. so trading 40% discount to COST. If you believe my numbers (pls fact check). Lot of folks talking about African mining companies trading at 30% FCF/dividend yields at commodity"
