"So is $PRML going to slowrug like this on Base Syscoin team with BTC L2 and their testnet coming very soon but chart looks terrible. If there is a chance this bounces it might be ran up quickly if the testnet gets a positive reaction from the testers. So far very dissapointing PA and visible extraction. @primelayerhq"
