"$NEHC End of month land acquisition XXX acres is suppose to turn into DA. JV between Sharon AI and NEH signed another LOI for additional XXX acres in the same area. The hyperscaler they got the LOI with is pushing for the project to scale. Initially 90MW expanded to 250MW. XXX acres initially expanded to XXX acres and now XXX acres. My belief is the hyperscaler pushing for the project to be closer to 750-1000MW eventually with 250MW as a small starter. X million free float. Recent update of equity agreement since IPO now allows for dilution in pre market and after hours. $XXX million dollars"
