"$mei.ax out with PFS for their REE project in Brazil. Its a Tier X resource for ionic absorption clay which has significant metallurgical advantages over hard rock. Its only for South so the XX year mine life is conservative. Capex is USD 443M. At usd XXX NdPr its 1.35B NPV8. But at spot its basically 100M. None of the REE companies are going to make real profit without government intervention or massive price increases.
