"I added $IYRI to my portfolio and heres the real reason why. Everyone knows the real estate sector hasnt been the darling of 2025. Rates uncertainty slowdowns the whole space has been dragging. But I dont run from uncertainty I add to it. Thats where the opportunity is. When I looked deeper at $IYRI a few things jumped out immediately: X Stability in the April sell-off During the Jan Apr downturn when the market took a punch: SPYI dropped over XX% IYRI dropped only around X% Not only did $IYRI absorb that move better it bounced right back into its range while others were still recovering."
