"$HAL.AS The German prothesis manufacturer Ottobock is listing to help repay Carlyle Group $CG and others loan to Nader Holding the private parent company (believe $MQG.AX involved here too) of 1.1billion (PIK) drawn in 2024 to buy back XX% of Ottobock from $EQT.ST about 582m pre fees going to Nader. Assuming no debt in Ottobock (NOT THE CASE - no financials for Ottobock SE & Co. KGaA filed since 2021) so we have to await the prospectus for an EV/EBITDA figure. But it will be a minimum 12.5x . $HAL.AS carry their XXXX% of Auxilium (about a quarter the size) at EV/EBITDA of 3.9x - just a minor"
