"Opening up the time machine to almost X years ago and I thought Emerita $EMO.V looked interesting. However the Criminal court explicitly stated that they did not want to comment/rule on the Administrative court's purview. In this way the Administrative court is under no obligation to rule in the same direction as the Criminal court. In fact IBW which EMO won around 2020 was dealt with through the Administrative court. The Criminal courts' notes state the Administrative court is the appropriate venue to determine if the acquisition of Aznalcollar was made"
