"If you believe in any variation of AI 2027 coming to fruition you should be gravely concerned about an upcoming double-dip or worse in office REITs $SLG $BXP $VNO $KRC $CUZ $DEI $ESRT. I just sold my last slug of SL Green (attached) picked up in 2023 which was lower than covid low. Also dumped last of Empire State Realty Trust picked up in both 2020 and 2023 at $X. It's true work-from-home died and return-to-office is real. Not denying that. But which jobs are most at risk from AI First it's the people who work in offices. We don't need humanoid robots to replace them. Many are dispensable"
