"$CMRC the new MS model is out and "blessed" by management (im kidding- but not actually) the free cash flow is $33M-40M-44M so if you take the company out today the deal pays for itself in [--] years over 20% free cash flow yield on EV of $213.6M that is an absurdly cheap asset. This "business" could achieve much higher levels of free cash flow with an operator running it. +20-30-40% from here in 1-2 qtrs should be a layup independent of the market. Not selling in $2s or $3s maybe in the $4s but by then Agentic commerce might actually be giving them a little tail breeze. $4 is fair value today."
