"Looks like Broker multiples are holding and M&A activity continues to be robust. $BWIN buys private brokerage CAC for $1.03B (43% cash / XX% $BWIN stock) at a LTM 14.7x adj EBITDA multiple and a forward of sub 11.3x (10x with synergies mostly coming from their MGA integrations that will boost EPS). Earnout includes $250m hurdle and $70m deferred payment obligation. $BWIN stock has been hammered this past year down -XX% multiple is arguably very cheap working from my phone but around 11x forward TEV/EBITDA.
