"Every industry expert I've heard from has said $TIC & NV5 merger is incredibly complementary. Mgmt in last earnings suggested their own synergy guidance was "frankly conservative". Now they reiterate "meaningful synergies both on the cost side and in go-to-market strategies will be apparent in 2026 and beyond". This timeline feels fair to me so I'm largely glazing over FY25 guidance tl;dr -XX% selloff at open is unwarranted (not investment advice)"

"$TIC announced Q3'25 & FY25 guidance: Q3'25 Revenue: $460mm - $480mm ($470mm mdpt) Q3'25 EBITDA: $75mm - $80mm ($87.5mm mdpt) FY25 Revenue: $1530mm - $1565mm ($1547.5mm mdpt) FY25 EBITDA: $240mm - $250mm ($245mm mdpt) Thoughts - Market seems to not like the outlook (lower than expected). I am relatively upbeat on the FY25 outlook. Essentially realizing 1/2 the $NVEE revenue while capturing significant EBITDA gains due to NVEE (higher margin biz) and other op efficiencies. The implied margin was higher than I was expecting. This sets $TIC up for a potentially really strong FY26 (imo) re: even"
