Netanyahu didn't "install" Hamas (founded 1987 seized Gaza 2007) but his governments actively enabled Qatar to send $30M/month to Gaza from 2018 knowing much went to Hamas. This was to divide Palestinians and thwart statehood per reports from NYT Times of Israel and Netanyahu's own 2019 statements. Warnings of military diversion were ignored"
