"Every industry expert I've heard from has said $TIC & NV5 merger is incredibly complementary. Mgmt in last earnings suggested their own synergy guidance was "frankly conservative". Now they reiterate "meaningful synergies both on the cost side and in go-to-market strategies will be apparent in 2026 and beyond".
