"I took a hard look at $TIC awhile back and ultimately passed. I wrote about it below. I think its a good business and I really like management. I just couldnt get there on margin upside and IRR. I did think it was worth more than $11/share. But for some publication to start touting 2-3x returns in XX months w/ increased datacenter / AI spend is incredibly disingenuous. This environment is a joke"
