No the $365m was not debunked. It was even reported by the Ohio local news my guy and it had links directly to official government website. A movie of that magnitude does not cost $225m. The entire movie depended on sets being built, built props and CGI entirely.
Man of steels deal did not include merchandising etc. they made that on product placement within the movie. Man of steel did have merch and other deals but that did not contribute to the $160m.
At this point you’re just making things up and talking as if you have facts. There’s nothing wrong with the production cost being $225, it was a massive block buster movie, this is to be expected. $XXX today would’ve been in the mid $100’s in 2013. It’s extremely reasonable cost.
