Nobody is denying that there are sick children in Gaza, just as there are everywhere on earth. That is not however the same as the allegation of widespread famine. Photos of children with serious medical issues are being passed off as deliberate starvation. It is telling that you only ever see the child, and you seldom see other family members, who invariably are well-fed.
You could take similar photos at any Children's Hospital anywhere, albeit their parents probably wouldn't let you use their child as a sick propaganda opportunity.
There is plenty of child abuse related to the malnutrition of severely disabled children in the Arab world, and it's quite appalling.
