🇺🇸 FAMILY OFFICES ARE PLAYING WITH AI AND THE LAW IS WATCHING
New rules in Texas and Colorado mean even private family offices using AI to screen job applications or draft investment memos could get hit with legal trouble.
The fix is simple: put a “human in the loop” to check AI’s work before it causes a lawsuit or an expensive mistake.
Skipping that step could turn AI into a very pricey problem.
