I don’t think it will improve until they launch V3 larger arrays with Starship as V2 has fundamental flaws. Starlink also has limited spectrum with only a 5mhz channel which is why they wanted echostar so bad.
Adding more satellites won’t help solve the fundamental issues for them of earth moving cells, separate network, & band self interference.
The question I have is will V3 be focused on FSS terminal to counter Kuiper first or D2C.
