Hey gTEN 👋 Let’s keep this @tenprotocol journey rolling.

Today I want to highlight something crucial to how @tenprotocol connects with the outside world: the Standard Bridge. If you’ve been following along, you know @tenprotocol is all about privacy and scalability. But what really ties it all together is how assets flow in and out that’s where the bridge comes in.

The @tenprotocol Standard Bridge is trustless and decentralized by design. Think of it as the tunnel between Ethereum and @tenprotocol that lets assets move safely and efficiently. It uses a mint and burn pattern with wrapped tokens a proven approach in the cross-chain world.

And the best part? No special nodes or off chain runnable needed. It’s all smart-contract based, powered by a cross chain messaging protocol.

Here’s how it works in practice:

If you’re moving ERC-20 tokens, you first approve the amount, then call send ERC20 with the amount and the destination address.

If you’re sending ETH, just use send Native and the contract logs the transfer automatically.

Behind the scenes, the bridge is split into two sides:

On Ethereum, it's EthereumBridge.sol.

On @tenprotocol, it's ObscurollupBridge.sol.

At the moment, tokens need to be whitelisted by admin accounts but as the protocol matures, the goal is to hand over more control to the community. (Decentralization FTW. 🌐)

Of course, security is baked into this. A special guard called Cross chain Enable obscure makes sure only valid cross chain messages trigger functions. That means no spoofing or funny business with asset transfers.

And here’s something builders will love: this isn’t just for private use. Anyone can use the same messaging protocol to build their own bridges. Want to get hands on? Dive into the IBridge interface everything you need (like sendERC20 and sendNative) is there.

So yeah, the @tenprotocol Bridge is more than just a pipe it’s a core piece of the puzzle that makes @tenprotocol a real player in the multi-chain future. 🔗
