My serious method is not facing the crowd head-on and definitely not relying on ChatGPT generated resume and cover letter to make you stand out.
Building and posting on x & linkedin has gotten me more opportunities than applying to any job form.
And yes I have applied to 100s of job forms.
Now I have also done a lot of cold emails.
Linkedin dms, x dms. Still remain top ways for outbound.
Linkedin post, x post still remains top ways for inbound.
