Newcastle being desperate for signings is clear yes. But shouldn't be held to ransom for targets.
Brentford quoting Newcastle 50m + for Yoane Wissa is crazy talk. A massive over valuation for a player with only X year left on his deal and Is being reported he is refusing to train or play at Brentford. Tbf I'd totally get brentford's it if it was a Isak like situation and he had longer on his deal. But they currently face losing the same player for nothing next year.
I think considering the situation. Length of contract etc. 25m-35m is a fair offer for Wissa.
It's a shame because it's a signing that would have made sense. Would have fit our system well. I can't see Brentford lowering their valuation.
