Some clarity is definitely required for the share price to stabilize. I think $SQNS got ahead of itself with too little info released and then btctc winter hit and it’s been downhill ever since.
They just signed the management agreement with @Swan a couple days ago so hopefully we should begin to see plans put into action soon.
Valuation is basically rock bottom, since at $1.6/share and fully diluted 295m shares mcap is $472m, and after they spend the remaining capital raise money should have around 3500 btc ($417m current value at $118k)

It’s a hold with little downside risk now.
I believe in @Swan and @BenWerkman but it’s at the show me stage now.
